Job Duties
- Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control operational activities of Food and Nutritional Services
- Create staff schedules and ensure productivity standards are met
- Ensure high standards of sanitation in the department
- Provide orientation and ongoing education for all Food Service Cook employees
- Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
- Assist with budget execution for Food Services, including food and supply ordering
- Maintain contract compliance in collaboration with management
