Job Duties
- develop creative and exciting menu products for the Doctor's Dining Lounge
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- manage kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- oversee efficient labor management and food production processes
- maintain clear communication with vendor and hospital staff
