Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- demonstrated experience in culinary operations or related field
- ability to manage labor efficiently
- proven track record of driving patient satisfaction
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent leadership abilities
- effective communication skills
- working knowledge of automated food inventory and management systems
Job Qualifications
- strong culinary background with demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
- excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to maintain highest of culinary standards
- strong coaching and employee development skills
- minimum education requirement of high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Job Duties
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
