Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations, reviewing monthly profit and loss statements and making necessary adjustments
- work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in the absence of the Kitchen Manager or Chef, including supervision of food preparation, service, and cleanup
- estimate food consumption and make purchases from specified food programs
- schedule staff efficiently to match business volume
- partner with Kitchen Manager or General Manager to address disciplinary issues and promote teamwork
- ensure product quality, freshness, presentation meets company standards by supervising food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and compliance with health regulations through sanitation audits
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- report critical issues promptly to General Manager
