The ability to operate seamlessly within a high-volume, complex foodservice operation is essential, as is familiarity with institutional and batch cooking techniques. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet navigation, is also an important aspect of the role to support effective communication and documentation.

Associates working at Flik Hospitality Group enjoy a wide range of benefits designed to promote health, wellness, and work-life balance. These include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, as well as retirement plans, paid time off, health and wellness programs, and flexible spending accounts. The company is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees, emphasizing equal opportunity and fair treatment across all aspects of employment.

Joining Flik Hospitality Group as a Sous Chef offers a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious hospitality organization that values knowledge, passion, and commitment.
