Hands-on involvement in food preparation and presentation excellence will be complemented by strategic duties such as budget management, payroll oversight, and participation in special member events that highlight culinary innovation. Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate will exemplify leadership qualities characterized by a participative management style, fostering team cohesion, mentoring staff, and upholding a strong commitment to member satisfaction. Demonstrating attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt and manage change effectively will be crucial in thriving within this dynamic role.

Employees enjoy a robust array of benefits including health, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and pet insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan featuring employer contributions. The organization values its team members highly, offering competitive compensation, generous paid time off including vacation and holidays, and a series of engaging employee appreciation events and training opportunities.
