Job Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- solid foundational understanding of cooking techniques
- ability to read and execute well-written recipes from start to finish
- fundamental understanding of recipe costing
- effective leadership skills to maintain quality, cleanliness, and kitchen efficiency
