We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Sous Chef to join our culinary team on-site at Tournament Club Of Iowa in Polk City, IA. In this critical role, the Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained consistently. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing kitchen staff effectively, maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols, assisting in creative menu planning, and handling inventory management to promote cost efficiency.
