Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 4 years high volume fine dining experience
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment use and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage inventory and order supplies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef with attaining mandated budgeted costs for the kitchen
- Establish a working schedule and organize the workload within the kitchen efficiently
- Produce high quality plates in both design and taste
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
- Order supplies to maintain appropriate inventory
- Comply with and enforce sanitation and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
