The Sous Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar holds a vital leadership role within the kitchen, responsible for upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and service. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of two years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Supervising kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Ensuring recipe adherence, line checks, training, and managing cook times and expo
  • Presenting quality food that meets high standards of preparation and presentation
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation practices to maintain immaculate kitchen facilities
