Job Duties
- Ensures that dishes meet the head chef's standards and ensures that compliance with health and safety regulations are met
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and all other assignments as needed
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautées, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Maintain clean & sanitized work area during shift
