Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of business operations and financial principles
- Proficiency with POS systems and online reservation platforms
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and financials
- Experience using POS systems and digital reservation platforms like OpenTable
- Ability to create and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and developing team members

Job Duties
- Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Ensure product quality and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team
