Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of business operations and financial principles
  • Proficiency with POS systems and online reservation platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

  • Experience using POS systems and digital reservation platforms like OpenTable
  • Ability to create and maintain high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
  • Ensure product quality and maintain restaurant cleanliness

  • Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
