Additionally, Keswick has been featured in Newsweek's 2023 and 2024 rankings of the Best Nursing Homes in Maryland. This distinction highlights Keswick's commitment to quality care, innovative programs, and a mission-driven culture that emphasizes connection, empathy, inclusion, and advocacy. The organization's core values shape the workplace environment, fostering a community where employees are encouraged to engage deeply with their work and contribute to meaningful outcomes for residents and their families.
Keswick is currently seeking a dedicated and caring Sous Chef to join their full-time culinary team. This role operates from 12pm to 8:30pm with a competitive pay rate ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations, ensuring that all food prepared meets high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This role requires attentiveness to detail to ensure portion control, timely food production, and the highest quality in every dish served. The Sous Chef will also engage directly with customers and team members, exemplifying Keswick's values through courteous and efficient service. Employees are supported with a robust benefits package that includes affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans with employer matching, sign-on and referral bonuses, hardship loans, paid vacation with cash-out options, and tuition reimbursement, among others.
