The opportunity currently available is for a full-time Sous Chef, a crucial role within the culinary team that is dedicated to preparing nutritious, appealing, and well-presented meals for the residents. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of experience in institutional or full service restaurant cooking
- Knowledge of and ability to conform to food service sanitation practices
- Maintain food handlers permit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
