Job Requirements
- Proven recent work history in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment
- 3+ years in a stable, progressive work history and track record as a Sous Chef
- Strong BOH experience including ordering, inventory, food and labor cost control
- Creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure

Job Duties
- Support and exude a mindset and our "Hungry, Humble, Smart" culture
- BOH operations: maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and waste control
- Practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety
- Maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively
- Practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams
- Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room
- Develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings
- Represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision
