Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of line cook experience
  • leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs
  • ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • effective decision-making ability
  • flexibility and adaptability during clubhouse renovation
  • willingness to cooperate in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of line cook experience
  • leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • comprehensive understanding of food quality, presentation, consistency, and sanitation standards
  • knowledge of food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management
  • ability to problem solve, make decisions, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong understanding of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and equipment use
  • ability to expedite service and step into any role in the kitchen as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support kitchen staff by assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • lead daily food production across all outlets and events, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution
  • work alongside the culinary team during service to support operations and maintain standards
  • enforce and maintain strict sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • ensure all recipes, portions, and presentation standards are consistently followed
  • monitor kitchen performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow
  • assist with inventory, purchasing, and cost control to support financial goals and minimize waste
  • collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience
  • maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper use, care, and ongoing maintenance
  • support menu execution and continuous improvement of food quality and consistency
