Employees may also participate in flexible spending accounts for medical and childcare reimbursements. The community supports financial wellness through a 403(b) retirement plan with a company match and offers paid time off including holidays and personal days. Additional perks include access to a gym and pool, free parking, complimentary meals, and beautiful walking paths throughout the community.

As a Sous Chef at Emerald Heights, you will monitor food prep and production lines to ensure meals are prepared accurately and served on time. The position requires strict adherence to standardized recipes, special diet orders, and state and local health regulations. You will be responsible for purchasing food and supplies from approved vendors, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in food storage areas.
