The role of Sous Chef at Sodexo is a pivotal position within the retail food service operations at Kaiser Permanente in Antioch, CA. Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience
- previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in retail restaurant or high-volume food service operations
- strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and operational compliance standards
- hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach motivate and develop teams
