Job Requirements

  • previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in retail restaurant or high-volume food service operations
  • strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and operational compliance standards

Job Duties

  • support day-to-day culinary operations for retail food venues ensuring consistent quality speed of service and customer satisfaction
  • partner with the Executive Chef to execute menus recipes and promotions that meet Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
  • maintain strict food safety sanitation and infection control compliance in a high-visibility retail environment
  • lead train and supervise culinary staff to ensure efficient execution during peak meal periods
  • assist with ordering inventory control food cost management and waste reduction
