- ability to provide direction and oversight to a small team supervising fewer than two full-time employees
- passion for quality food preparation and delivering a positive dining experience
Job Duties
- Lead food preparation and production for an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
- provide guidance and support to team members assigned to the station
- follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
