Job Requirements

High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station such as salads soups or other assigned areas
Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
Ability to provide direction and oversight to a small team supervising fewer than two full-time employees
Passion for quality food preparation and delivering a positive dining experience

Job Duties

Lead food preparation and production for an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
Provide guidance and support to team members assigned to the station
Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
