- Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station such as salads soups or other assigned areas
- Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
- Ability to provide direction and oversight to a small team supervising fewer than two full-time employees
- Passion for quality food preparation and delivering a positive dining experience

Job Duties
- Lead food preparation and production for an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members assigned to the station
- Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
