Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary certification or degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to work early shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to comply with food safety standards and regulations

Job Duties
- Assisting the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, inventory, documentation and scheduling
- Preparing food in accordance with the planned menu, noting changes when applicable
- Ensuring all cooking, serving, storage, preparation, and service areas are clean, safe and organized to meet all applicable food service standards and regulations
- Monitoring quality food service in accordance with Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards
- Leading the kitchen environment in the absence of the Chef
