Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • four years experience in similar culinary role preferred
  • current food handler's card
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • positive and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 4 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • ability to work all kitchen stations
  • experience with scratch cooking and using fresh ingredients
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • current food handler's card valid in the state applied for
  • flexible availability to accommodate training and shift schedules

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • supervise and assist kitchen staff during shifts
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • support head chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations
  • train and mentor junior kitchen staff
