Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- four years experience in similar culinary role preferred
- current food handler's card
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- positive and energetic attitude
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 4 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- ability to work all kitchen stations
- experience with scratch cooking and using fresh ingredients
- strong leadership and communication skills
- current food handler's card valid in the state applied for
- flexible availability to accommodate training and shift schedules
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards
- supervise and assist kitchen staff during shifts
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
- support head chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations
- train and mentor junior kitchen staff
