Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary degree or certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist in the execution of menus while maintaining high culinary standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on special events
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle shift management responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations during service hours
