This particular role is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY, specifically for a passionate and skilled Sommelier. The Sommelier will be an essential part of elevating the dining experience by curating exceptional wine pairings tailored to complement the flavors of the dishes served. This role requires an expert in wine selection, presentation, and service who can assist guests in making informed choices to enhance their meals. The Sommelier will also be responsible for managing the restaurant’s wine inventory, ensuring that the wine list is diverse, current, and appealing to the clientele. In addition to managing beverages, the Sommelier must maintain an in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage offerings to provide accurate and expert recommendations.
