The yacht is a luxurious vessel that boasts sophisticated amenities and requires a highly skilled culinary professional to serve as the Sole Chef on board. Job Requirements

Kosher knowledge
ability to work under pressure
up to date STCW, ENG1, FHL2 certifications
valid Schengen visa if applicable
previous experience on similar sized vessels
strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

Proven experience on yachts of similar size
proficiency in kosher cooking
strong culinary skills and creativity
excellent time management and organizational skills
ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
knowledge of maritime food safety standards
flexibility and adaptability to the yachting lifestyle

Job Duties

Plan menus and prepare meals according to guest preferences and dietary requirements
manage the galley inventory and provisioning
maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
supervise culinary staff and coordinate kitchen operations
accommodate special dietary requests including kosher requirements
work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
ensure compliance with maritime health and safety regulations
