This hotel embodies the spirit of SoHo's industrial heritage fused with contemporary sophistication, offering an unforgettable experience through its stylish accommodations, thoughtfully curated amenities, and an exceptional culinary scene. Among its highlights is The Grand Bar & Salon, a tribute to classic bars with modern luxuries, featuring an exquisite design that includes a gold-polished marble top oak bar and embossed leather bar stools with nail-head detailing. It boasts a rare selection of 50 American Whiskeys and innovative cocktails by renowned mixologists Natasha David and Jeremy Oertel. The Grand Bar & Salon operates throughout the day, serving an extensive menu of locally sourced dishes for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, making it a culinary hotspot within the hotel.

The role of Food & Beverage Manager at the Soho Grand Hotel is a critical leadership position entrusted with overseeing the operations of The Grand Bar & Salon.
