Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- culinary degree or certification preferred
- strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

- assist the Executive Sous Chef in executing all food products

- maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
