The role of Sous Chef at Soho Diner is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing back of house kitchen operations and supporting the Executive Sous Chef in executing all food products served in the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • culinary degree or certification preferred
  • strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a sous chef or similar role in a restaurant kitchen
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training
