The role of Snowbird Barista/Cashier at the Atrium, situated inside the iconic Cliff Lodge, is a part-time position perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced mountain resort setting. Job Duties
- Greet guests and employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase company revenues
- take orders and politely repeat them back to customers to ensure satisfaction
- address customer's questions about menu items in a professional manner
- handle food and beverages requested by customers
- responsible, as assigned, for food preparation and presentation
- monitor and help manage inventory of the kitchen and counter
- ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained daily including busing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
