The role available at Skyline is for an Overnight Concierge (On-Call) position, offering $23 per hour. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for people and seek a reliable, enjoyable work environment where they are valued as part of the team. As an Overnight Concierge, the individual will be entrusted with providing exceptional customer service during overnight hours. Key responsibilities include monitoring security cameras and emergency systems, responding promptly to safety and security issues, maintaining communication with overnight staff, and managing office supplies. The Overnight Concierge is an essential presence during the quieter hours to ensure the community remains safe, welcoming, and well-managed. This position requires overseeing multi-line telephone systems and being proactive in responding to potential risks or emergencies. The role supports the overall mission of Skyline by contributing to a secure, well-organized environment that prioritizes resident and employee wellbeing. Candidates with prior concierge or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with relevant software tools will excel in this position. Additionally, current first aid/CPR certification may be required. The role involves completing background and drug screenings as part of the hiring process. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • at least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
  • demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • completion of background check and drug screening
  • pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides excellence customer service
  • monitors security camera and Silvertrac system
  • monitors emergency response system (i-Alert) and File Alarm Panel
  • responds to safety and security risks promptly
  • operates a multi-line telephone system
  • maintain regular contact with overnight valet and security to stay informed about activities occurring in all areas of the community
  • maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed
  • performs other duties as assigned
