As an employee-owned company through its Employee Ownership Program, The Parking Spot offers every team member the unique opportunity to have a direct financial stake in the company’s continued growth and success. This ownership model fosters a collaborative and motivated working environment where employees are empowered and valued.
The Parking Spot prides itself on exceptional customer service and has built a renowned reputation for reliability and professionalism in the travel and parking sectors. Its near-airport parking services are designed to provide convenient, safe, and efficient transportation for travelers and their vehicles during their airport journeys. Joining The Parking Spot means becoming part of a committed team that places high value on quality, safety, and outstanding guest experiences.
The Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) position at The Parking Spot plays a critical role in the company’s operations. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy driving, engaging with people, and contributing to a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
The position offers a pay rate of $15.15 per hour, in addition to potential tips received both in cash and mobile formats. Regular bonus opportunities are available to eligible team members, creating additional earning potential. Employment is available across all shifts and includes on-call opportunities, catering to a variety of scheduling needs. This flexibility makes the position attractive to a wide range of candidates.
Shuttle Drivers are expected to safely transport up to 15 passengers, perform vehicle inspections, and demonstrate knowledge of the airport and facility layout. They greet customers warmly, assist with luggage as needed, and cooperate with all team members to maintain a high service standard. In addition to driving duties, they may cross-train in other frontline roles, enhancing their skills and value to the team.
The Parking Spot also provides a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays. The company supports employee growth through training and professional development programs and fosters an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity and equity. The Parking Spot is deeply committed to treating all employees, partners, and customers with dignity and respect while actively promoting an environment free from discrimination and racism.
