The Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) position at The Parking Spot plays a critical role in the company’s operations. Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing safe, courteous, and timely transportation to customers traveling between the parking facility and airport terminals. The position offers a pay rate of $15.15 per hour, in addition to potential tips received both in cash and mobile formats. Regular bonus opportunities are available to eligible team members, creating additional earning potential. Shuttle Drivers are expected to safely transport up to 15 passengers, perform vehicle inspections, and demonstrate knowledge of the airport and facility layout. They greet customers warmly, assist with luggage as needed, and cooperate with all team members to maintain a high service standard.
