The role available is for a Server position at Shula's Steak House, located within the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. Shula's Steak House seeks a professional and service-driven Server who will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. The Server will be tasked with ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service characterized by attentiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with proper presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, including food, beer, wine, and spirits
- Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and other on-property dining options
- Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the dining room and service stations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, side stations, and overall restaurant environment
