The role available at this property is for a Culinary Cook passionate about the culinary arts and eager to develop their skills alongside a world-class culinary team. This position is ideal for individuals seeking creative growth in a professional kitchen setting. The Cook will play an integral part in assisting the Chef with food production, menu development reflecting seasonal and concept-driven ingredients, and maintaining consistent food preparation standards. The role requires motivation, creativity, and a desire to learn different cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.

In this position, the Cook will gain invaluable experience with knife skills, kitchen equipment, recipe recreation, and food waste minimization through cross-utilization. Job Duties

  • Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods including grill, sauté and fry
  • Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
  • Reach and recreate recipes consistently
  • Consistent food preparation and presentation
  • Minimize food waste through cross utilization
  • Work collaboratively with a world class culinary team
  • Create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients such as chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
  • Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper storage of all food and items
  • Responsible for the quality of ingredients
