The role of Experienced Oyster Shucker at Pearlz Oyster Bar is a vital position within the raw bar team. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of oyster shucking experience
  • Strong knowledge of oyster types, regions, and seasonal availability
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Passion for seafood and guest service
