Job Requirements

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time schedule including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in-person at San Antonio TX showroom

Job Duties
- Assist with in-showroom beverage service including preparing and serving coffee water and champagne as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses
- Proactively greet check-in and assist customers with warmth enthusiasm and professionalism creating a memorable and welcoming environment
- Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative or scheduling a return visit
- Support showroom events and special appointments including set up and clean up
- Gracefully enforce policies within the showroom to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and security of goods
- Maintain luxury showroom appearance cleanliness and organization including cleaning display cases and proactively restocking supplies and tools
- Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and tools for showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes
