  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work part-time schedule including weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist with in-showroom beverage service including preparing and serving coffee water and champagne as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses
  • Proactively greet check-in and assist customers with warmth enthusiasm and professionalism creating a memorable and welcoming environment
  • Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative or scheduling a return visit
  • Support showroom events and special appointments including set up and clean up
  • Gracefully enforce policies within the showroom to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and security of goods
  • Maintain luxury showroom appearance cleanliness and organization including cleaning display cases and proactively restocking supplies and tools
  • Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and tools for showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes
