Job Description

This is a seasonal opportunity to join a vibrant entertainment park that delivers memorable experiences to guests of all ages. The company is dedicated to creating an immersive and enjoyable atmosphere through live shows, private events, and interactive guest experiences. As a seasonal associate during the 2026 operating season, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the magic and excitement that guests expect. Seasonal positions are temporary and conclude after the season, with a mandatory off period of no less than 13 weeks following the end of the season. This schedule allows the company to maintain a dynamic and refreshed team every year.

The role is designed for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. The primary focus is to entertain park guests professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable visit for every individual. Associates will be responsible for crowd control, guest interaction, and supporting the overall safety and smooth operations within various show venues, stadiums, and backstage areas. This position requires maintaining the illusion and belief of characters, contributing to the immersive theme and entertainment experience for the audience.

Maintenance of cleanliness in show venues and backstage areas is a key responsibility, as well as assisting with private events and shows when assigned. The safety of guests, performers, and animals is paramount, so vigilance and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory. Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Physically capable of standing, talking, climbing, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, and seeing near and far
Ability to work in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change
Must be able to carry 5 to 10 pounds
All lifts over 51 pounds require help from a coworker or mechanical device
Overtime of adults may be required from time to time to accommodate the business need

Job Qualifications

The ability to confidently perform and speak in front of a large crowd
The skills to improvise interactions with guests and licensed characters is applicable
The ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication
Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties

Entertain park guests in a professional manner
Ensure a positive experience for every guest
Controlling crowds and interacting with guests in a supportive and understanding role
Maintain and clean Stadiums, Show Venues and Backstage areas
Work Private Events or Shows as assigned
Ensure that safety of guests, animals and performers are maintained
Maintaining "show illusion" and belief of character at all times for our guests
Other duties as requested
