Job Description
Kith is a distinguished lifestyle brand and specialty retailer, established in 2011 in New York City by Founder, CEO, and Creative Director Ronnie Fieg. Known globally for its exceptional focus on design, fabrication, and collaboration, Kith offers seasonal collections for men, women, and children, including apparel, accessories, and footwear that connect through personal storytelling. Operating 16 standalone boutiques worldwide and several shop-in-shops, Kith has an innovative sub-brand, Kith Treats, inspired by Fieg's childhood love of cereal. Kith Treats currently operates in 10 locations and extends its concept uniquely through Sadelle's at Kith restaurants located in Paris, Miami Design District, Toronto, and Seoul. The brand is deeply committed to creativity, quality, and community impact, with initiatives like The Kinnect Foundation supporting positive change through education and social programs. The company proudly fosters an inclusive and diverse workplace environment and is an equal employment opportunity employer.
The available role is for a full-time Treats Shop Manager based in the Dallas store location, with a competitive annual salary range of $57,000 to $60,000. The Treats Shop Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the Kith Treats shop, ensuring the smooth management of counter associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience by timely resolving complaints and meeting client needs. This role demands a highly organized professional who can maintain elevated service standards, drive operational efficiency, and maximize sales and profitability. The Shop Manager is also tasked with developing and training the team to meet company standards, managing inventory and staffing in partnership with HQ, and handling financial duties such as sales reconciliation and payroll processing. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to enforce food safety and health regulations to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards. Occasionally, the Shop Manager may participate in special projects including supporting other stores or headquarters through travel and overseeing in-store event execution. This pivotal role combines retail, food and beverage management, and team leadership to ensure the Kith Treats brand maintains its reputation for quality and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment and operational excellence.
