Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in bar or restaurant
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Customer service proficiency
  • Ability to handle cash and follow cash handling procedures
  • Commitment to safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 2 years of prior bar or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Previous hospitality experience required
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and nights
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple correspondence
  • Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings

Job Duties

  • Support and supervise bar operations efficiently within fiscal and operational guidelines
  • Assist floor staff during busy periods
  • Support Director of Food & Beverage to meet budgeted sales and profit goals
  • Ensure associates complete side work, bar setup, and cleanup daily
  • Approve comps, voids, and report maintenance and housekeeping issues
  • Review and submit completed shift operations daily
  • Engage and make contact with every guest
  • Respond constructively to guest comments and criticism
  • Ensure safe and secure work environment for associates and guests
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
