Starbucks is committed to the growth of its partners by offering access to comprehensive healthcare, financial benefits, and educational opportunities such as 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor's degree through Arizona State University's online program. The role offers a flexible working schedule and values diversity, equity, and inclusion as core to its workplace culture.

By joining Starbucks as a shift supervisor, you become part of a company that values your contributions and invests significantly in your development and well-being. The role welcomes those who embrace leadership, enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine desire to brighten people’s days through excellent service and a love for coffee.
