Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- at least six months experience interacting with customers
- experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- possess excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- lead shift operations and serve as a role model for store standards
- guide and motivate a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service
- ensure preparation of beverages and food items to standard recipes or customer specifications
- maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures

- communicate effectively with partners and customers
