Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and supervise store operations to meet Starbucks standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
- Coach and motivate team members to maintain an energetic and positive work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Assist in managing store opening and closing procedures
