Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities
  • strong interpersonal and effective oral communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of retail store environments
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • commitment to learning new skills and beverage recipes

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • motivate and guide a team of baristas
  • ensure delivery of quality customer service and product standards
  • manage cash handling and store safety procedures
