Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
- minimum six months experience interacting with customers
- at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- ability to work as part of a team
