Starbucks supports its employees not only with competitive pay that reflects regional market standards but also with an industry-leading benefits package. This comprehensive package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, vacation time that begins accruing immediately, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Beyond benefits, Starbucks invests in employee educational advancement, providing tuition coverage for eligible partners pursuing a bachelor’s degree through a partnership with Arizona State University.
Working at Starbucks means contributing to a community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all partners and customers feel valued and respected. The company actively embraces reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities and is an equal opportunity employer.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee, leadership, and customer service to grow their careers within an iconic company globally recognized for both its product and its people-centered culture.
