Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- experience in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests for at least six months
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees for at least six months

- effective oral communication skills

- knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- lead store operations during shifts to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction
- coach and mentor team members on beverage and food preparation standards
- manage cash handling and store security procedures
- delegate and coordinate tasks among employees effectively
- maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- provide excellent customer service and build community connections
