Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
- Experience interacting with customers for at least six months
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work among multiple employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to lead and direct others effectively
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a retail environment
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
Job Duties
- Lead shifts by directing and coordinating tasks of employees
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered consistently
- Handle cash and store security procedures
- Maintain store operations in compliance with policies and standards
- Foster a team environment through strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Support store safety and cleanliness standards
