Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • Experience interacting with customers for at least six months
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work among multiple employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead and direct others effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by directing and coordinating tasks of employees
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered consistently
  • Handle cash and store security procedures
  • Maintain store operations in compliance with policies and standards
  • Foster a team environment through strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Support store safety and cleanliness standards
