Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience in customer service roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of a retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • At least six months of customer interaction experience
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or custom recipes
