The Shift Supervisor is also charged with managing inventory and supply levels, monitoring kitchen equipment for optimum functioning, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can adapt to varying store conditions and team dynamics, capable of effective communication with both the leadership team and employees.
