This job opening is for the role of Shift Supervisor at Burger King outlets managed by Onvo. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
  • Ensure food quality safety and hygiene standards are consistently met in accordance with Burger King and Onvo policies
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Manage cash handling procedures including drawer reconciliation and deposit preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels place orders and minimize waste to optimize profitability
  • Enforce company policies and procedures including dress code attendance and conduct
  • Assist with food preparation cooking and serving as needed to support the team
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
