The Shift Supervisor role at Braum's is a pivotal position within the team, focused on executing the company’s brand strategy and promoting its core vision, mission, and values. You will lead by example, teaching, coaching, and motivating your team to perform at their best. The position requires a hands-on leader who can multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to the dynamic environment of food service operations. You will also be tasked with enforcing store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe work environment.
The shift schedule operates on a rotating three-week cycle with an approximately 45-hour work week, primarily from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. The hourly compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, equating to an annual salary of around $35,500 to $37,000. Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year of relevant supervisory experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work the scheduled rotating shifts with an expected 45-hour work week
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Participate in building a successful team by fostering a trusting and motivating environment
- Adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
