The role also encompasses partnering with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and meet sales projections. Profitability is maintained through continual analysis of inventory and controllable costs with corrective actions taken as needed. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations is closely supervised to uphold operational integrity.
Candidates for this role ideally possess ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials, with a minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or food service management. While positions are available at both corporate and franchised locations, franchisee employees operate independently and establish their own wage and benefit structures.
